As we complete our transition to the Flex architecture, we are implementing a series of new core features and addon modules.  We also plan to offer larger applications that are built around our Virtual Timeline technology. These will likely be offered as separate products. 

Bug fixes and core performance improvements will apply to all versions of the Player. However, purchasers of the Professional player will also be able to download new versions, enhancements, and addons for a period of one year, with a reasonably priced yearly maintenance license available beyond that period.

The following list identifies some of the enhancements, media handlers, addons and applications that we are considering. The list is highly speculative and tentative - we are hoping that feedback on our Forum will help us to set even better priorities.

• Audio Volume Controls (global over all clips on timeline) - available as of Cosolvent Player 1.4.0

  Media Handling Enhancements

• Full support for .h264 video on the Virtual Timeline (currently, we can support only one clip on the timeline)
• Support for Adobe Captivate SWF files on the Virtual Timeline

We're in the early stages of spinning the CoSolvent Player off from our eLearning services, so stay tuned as we fine tune our course, and add new goals to our roadmap.
